In the mid-nineties, when I was living in Vrndavana with my family, I kept getting sick. Loose motions, dysentery and diarrhoea. It was one-way traffic. No matter what I tried, nothing worked… Auyur Vedic, Naturopathic, Allopathic… I was getting skinnier by the day. We tried everything, but all to no avail. It looked certain that we would have to return to the west.
But then something amazing happened… I stumbled upon ‘an easy as anything’, yet amazingly effective set of yoga exercises that miraculously realigned my internal organs within a week.
‘The Five Tibetan Rights’… as I later learned they were called, worked so fast that after a week or so I came right and never looked back for the rest of my five and a half year stay in India.
Now, nearly 20 years later, I continue with my daily 15- 20 minute fitness regime, and enjoy optimum health. (It’s also worth mentioning that Vimala sees that I get to eat all the right foods) at 62, I’m still able to run around on occasion and play football with men half my age.
